Renters must return the vehicle:
If the vehicle is returned late, additional charges may apply in accordance with this policy and the Ryder’s Xchange Terms & Conditions.
Excessive or repeated late returns may result in account restrictions, suspension, or additional penalties at the discretion of Ryder’s Xchange.
If a vehicle is not returned on time and no official extension is approved, the system may automatically apply additional charges.
Charges are calculated at the applicable daily rental rate of $50 per day and may include:
Automatic deductions continue until the vehicle is returned or the booking is officially extended through the platform.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and host approval. Submission does not guarantee approval.
If a renter fails to return the vehicle and does not communicate with the host or Ryder’s Xchange:
Ryder’s Xchange reserves the right to take further action under applicable law and platform Terms & Conditions.
