These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ryder’s Xchange platform located at
rydersxchange.com.
By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms and all associated
policies.
Ryder’s Xchange operates as an online marketplace connecting vehicle owners (“Hosts”) with renters
(“Renters”).
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Provide accurate personal information
- Agree to identity verification
Ryder’s Xchange reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account to:
- Rent vehicles
- List vehicles
- Communicate with other users
Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
4. Platform Role
Ryder’s Xchange acts only as a marketplace platform.
- Does not own vehicles
- Does not operate as a rental company
- Does not guarantee availability
Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining safe and roadworthy vehicles.
5. Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed once the renter submits a request, the host accepts it, and payment is
processed.
6. Payments & Fees
Payments may include rental price, platform service fees, and security deposits.
All payments are processed through secure payment systems.
7. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to the Ryder’s Xchange Cancellation Policy.
Refund eligibility depends on timing relative to booking start date.
8. Vehicle Condition
- Roadworthy
- Legally registered
- Properly maintained
Renters must inspect the vehicle before use.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal use of vehicles
- False information
- Vehicle misuse or damage
- Allowing unapproved drivers
10. Delivery Rider Use
Vehicles may only be used for delivery services if explicitly allowed in the listing.
11. Damage & Accidents
Renters are responsible for damage during the rental period. All incidents must be reported
immediately.
12. Insurance
Insurance coverage may depend on host insurance, renter insurance, or platform protection plans.
13. Reviews & Ratings
Users may leave honest and respectful reviews after each rental.
14. Privacy
User data is handled according to the Ryder’s Xchange Privacy Policy.
15. Account Suspension
- Fraud
- Repeated cancellations

- Unsafe behaviour
16. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be reviewed by Ryder’s Xchange support. Documentation may be required.
17. Limitation of Liability
